Charitable Culinary Masterclass
The experienced cook of the Gastrobar restaurant, Ambassador Big Green Egg from Moldova, Vitaly Voronchikhin and baker chief Irina Karasik will share the secrets of cooking with us. Together with them, the participants will go on an interesting culinary journey in the world of advanced cooking and will be able to prepare three dishes:
*Quinoa, avocado and poached egg salad
*Pasta with seafood and white wine, fennel and tomatoes
*Pear crème brulee dessert
Sounds delicious, and with a professional around, it will be rather easy. And the most important thing is that with a bit of effort we will be able to help Daniel Papadia. The child was born two and a half months ago and needs heart surgery.
Our gastronomical partners: the Gastrobar restaurant, the METRO CASH & CARRY MOLDOVA company and the winemakers from Vinăria din Vale as well as our media partners: CB Production, Mama.md and Point.md will offer us support in doing this good deed.
Our special guest – the sommelier Inna Shangina will share the tricks of a professional taster with us and tell us interesting facts about winemaking and drinking culture.

We have decided not to limit your will of doing a good deed because all of the funds that will be raised with the help of this event will allow Daniel to fight for a healthy heart and life.
