The second culinary charitable master-class took place recently!


On the 23rd of March a tasty master-class where chef Vitaliy Voronchihin taught the guests to prepare extraordinary dishes took place in the Gastrobar restaurant. The menu of the day included a quinoa salad with mango and avocado as well as everyone’s favorite pasta with seafood. The pasta was cooked in a family-size pan leaving a splendid impression!

For dessert pastry-chef Irina Karasik amazed everyone with a pear crème brulee and her skills.

Our special guest – the sommelier Inna Shanghina – shared her secrets of wine degustation provided by our partners, the winemakers from Vinăria din Vale.

Thanks to the captivating culinary master-class we were able to collect 23 800 lei for 3 month old Daniel Papadia’s surgery.
