Busuioc Mirea-Melania, 1 month

At 30th week of pregnancy, after examination, were confirmed medical concerns about child congenital heart disease in a rare form Ebstein’s anomaly. Unfortunately, in our country life-saving procedure for such newborns is still impossible, and even with surgical intervention after the child’s birth, there is almost no chance.

The only chance to survive for the baby is to be born at Kiev, where pediatric heart surgeons will start immediately life-saving procedure.

The girl was born. Parents named her Mirea-Melania. Next day after birth doctors performed operation to repair her tiny heart. Now baby is in Intensive Therapy department under strict monitoring. Her state is stabile one. But it is too early to close fund raising, as eventual need for other interventions is possible. To give Mirea chance for long and happy life it is necessary to collect the amount of 7 660 EUR (~ 156 800 MDL).

It is impossible for young parents to collect in such a short terms necessary funds, because only father works and there is 4-years Daniel.

We ask our kind donors to share their kind hearts to save the baby’s life.

Diagnosis: congenital heart disease, with valve atresia of the lung artery with intact interventricular septum, moderate hypotrophy of the right ventricle.
