Fundraising for Mireia-Melania is closed

The baby Mireia went on her first trip before birth. Only in Kiev she could be born and survive. On the second day after birth, the doctors performed an operation to cure her tiny heart. Complications led to a second operation. Now the girl is still in the hospital. Slowly the child’s clinical condition stabilizes, Mireia already does a few hours a day without artificial ventilation and learns to eat.

Thanks to the help of all the rescuers with a kind heart, we were able to collect all of the amount needed to treat the baby. Charity Winter Masquerade Ball, held this year by our organization under the patronage of Valeria Biagotti, Ambassador of Italy to the Republic of Moldova, helped to complete the fundraising and announce its closure.

Mireia’s family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who helped their daughter and gave her a chance to live.

We are very worried about baby Mireia, we wish her a full recovery and look forward to good news!
