Stratu Julia, 8 years

Julia lives in Putidei village together with her parents. She is very diligent, open and kind girl. She likes pets and domestic animals, especially small chickens, of which she takes care. Julia has vision impairment from the very birth ( she inherited this disease from her mother). It makes her life difficult, as she has problems when communicating with other children, and feels uncomfortable with her schoolmates.

Julia went to school this year to a special class for children with retention in the development. She is a good pupil, teachers encourage her, but because of the eye problem she can not study at full capacity and constantly meets various difficulties. A teacher of the school noticed her; she wanted to help Julia and advised her mother to address to our organization.

The Stratu family has difficult financial situation. Mother can not work, father does not have permanent work place, just sporadic ones.

We are making call for help to all our savers and warmhearted people to restore girl’s vision. Save life organization opens fundraising for Stratu Julia to cover costs of operation for cataract removal at the medical center “Ovisus” for the amount of 37 400 MDL.
