Hamitchi Eugen, 2 years

Eugen was just 1.5 y.o when his parents realized that the boy did not respond to sounds. Doctor audiologist diagnosed Deep Bilateral Hypoacusis. Eugen do not hear anything. The only chance for him is a cochlear transplant. Implant for one ear costs 18 000 USD, plus the cost of the operation is 3850 USD. Doctors strongly recommend to carry out this procedure as soon as possible, so that the child did not have developmental delays. Eugen is an intelligent and curious boy, but he can’t go into the kindergarden because of problems in communication with his peers.

Parents asked us for help. The family has two children; the mother can’t work, because she is caring for Eugen. His dad is working as a car mechanic. To raise the necessary funds for the treatment is simply not possible. Total cost of operations is 21 850 USD (~ 415 150 MDL).
