Grosu Nicolai, 12 years

Kolya Grosu needs urgently an operation to remove cataract. He has the illness since early childhood and stayed in hospital for this reason several times. All family savings have been used for the procurement of the needed medicines.

Currently family has difficult financial situation. Mother struggles to find a job, because of the vision disability, that she has since birth. The father does not have official employment, and does occasional work. There are  2 children in their family.

Kolya is studying in the special school for children with vision impairment in Balti city. The boy is very curious, likes music and singing. He is very good pupil, but since his vision worsen he started to have  daily problems in studying and in interaction with the environment.

We call for help to our savers. Nicolai needs urgently operation to save his vision. We are opening fund raising to cover the cost of intervention in the amount of 30 115 MDL. He can have bright future if we help him see the world the way we all do.
