Tverdohleb Carolina, 18 years

Until reaching the age of 9 year Carolina was healthy and ordinary child. She went to school, and did a lot of dancing. But once, returning from school she complained about bad vision. She lost her sight almost at once. 3 months treatment did not bring any results, and in the mornings she could not open her eyes. Next 7 years Carolina was constantly under treatment. She had more than 4 cryosurgeries. Despite all Carolina has graduated 12 years of school. She even continued her dancing at the dancing club “Veselia”.

Carolina is very strong, persistent and warmhearted girl. Now she is a student at the 1st year of Moldova’s Technical University.

Young lady urgently needs transplantation of the cornea from a donor, this will recover her vision 100% and will save her from blindness. Unfortunately Carolina’s father died from cancer when she was 10 years old. Her mother is a teacher and to gather needed amount for the operation is impossible for her.
